"Unoffical Monster List" I can't find a purpose for it. I'm guessing it's a list for monsters in a game you're playing but you provide no information and eveny if you did, it probably wouldn't have a purpose to anyone but you. "Making separate account for Resources" Useful for those who follow you.
That's all you've done this year. Let's look at last year then.
"/ME" No real point, not meaningful, no effort really. "Commissions and Pricing" this has no effort or meaning to it, it's a question. Which is a good one I won't deny that, but it's only useful for you on you.
Wait that was all of 2013. Okay well fuck, let's go further back for your super meaningful and effort made journal. I mean it has to be here somewhere.
"What do you think is a good submission schedule?", along the same lines as "Comissions and Pricing". "Who here has ever used/uses flash?", same as the last two, not meaningful, useful only to you, no real effort what-so-ever.
All of 2012. I see you put forth LOTS of effort into these 2 per year journals. That are only a few questions and only a couple lines worth of stuff. SO MUCH MEANING.
I went back all the way to "I went to the moon today!", not a single journal to that point, had any deep meaning, most of them were only a question or two, only a few lines really. That's going all the way from most recent into 2009.
Whoa calm down dude. I did say that those journals were intended for my watchers (ie, had more meaning in them for friends who work on the same projects as me, such as the monster journal which is supposed to be a collab project between friends).
This seems like a pretty hostile response to a comment that was originally intended as a joke. I wasn't even blaming anyone, I was just being exasperated at the state of things. I've had friends who've posted journals about siblings dying and getting just single note comments from me. Again that is to say I'm not putting blame on people who don't go and comment on every single journal about someone dying, from someone they watch, but it doesn't mean I can't comment on the unusual nature of the journal portal.
I'm sorry if you were somehow offended, but I was just trying to put a little humour to a problem that was personal for me. I know there's not much that can be done so I prefer to just laugh over these things rather than start a fight.
Judging from the other replies to my original post, it's a shared opinion, so some other people at least understand, and I don't see them demonizing anyone for it. Just understand that this was a jab at the journal portal, no-one here's angry at any particular person for anything.
