From what I have seen she uses Paint tool Sai and Photoshop to create her pieces. Hope it helps.

Could you maybe make a video tutorial or series of pictures about how you make the art with some sort of info on it? I've been trying to practice a style like this but I can seem to get it right and I can't find a good tutorial to help me with it.. Love your art. <3
