Looking very good! Seems that even just the aestheticism of fantasy characters could inspire the style of ornamenting our appearance as human. Very good! We must not life in fantasy world, but we can still making up our life & makes it as good as realistic fantasy.
Though I know this is Elsa's genderbent male form, I just can't help but take this gorgeous guy as the result of her union with Jack Frost. He certainly looks handsome and mischievous enough to possess Jack's legacy--and that big snowflake in his hands only strengthens that (false) belief, because he looks about ready to start a massive snowball fight.
He also looks damningly close to Link from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, if you inverse his hairstyle and give him pointy ears. The way you painted his facial features makes him look cool, wise, attractive and feral all at once - all vibes also found in the Hero of Hyrule, be it in his human form or his wolf form.
Your art is thorough, beautiful and full of opposing details (blurry like sharp) that makes staring at this piece of work an eternal delight. I can only bow down in deep respect to such a fabulous masterpiece.
Do you mind if I call your genderbent princess with a manlier name than Elsa, like Jase?
