I have a question. It may be a little stupid but yeah. If I wanted to do a small animation out of fun using Jack frost as one of the characters because I am a Huge fan , would that be considered copy writing? Also, what about the pictures people make of characters from movies? Are they copy writing? I'm just curious because I'm not sure.
