Sorry for the resubmit ^^, I had to correct a few things and I wanted to add some texture on it as well and I think 1 picture per day is enough XD I'm trying to stick to 1 pic a day for this week at least > .<

This painting is about medusa who meets a blind man who didn't mind her appearance, because of his kind heart he had to comfort her crys and so the story goes...

The story of Medusa is a sad one. Athena is usually a figure of wisdom but one of her major faults is cursing Medusa over simple jealousy.

Interesting because from a book I read, when Medusa's head was cut off by Perseus, and from her blood Pegasus was born (apparently at the time she was pregnant by Poseidon), it was said that she found her salvation from her death and the Pegasus was a symbolic representation (even though it was her own kid? >_>) of her release from her pain, anger and madness. This kind of reminds me of that... she found her salvation! And the blind man reminds me of Pegasus as well! Nice!

as i always like medusa, i came up with the idea that she will meet a blind man and fall in love with him, well this picture looks that i wans't the only one with the idea.

and there is no doubt of that blonde blind man looks like ''Nick Parker'' the character of the movie BLIND FURY

some already make story of ''medusa s savior'' i got my story too..
