Wow, this is wonderful. I've never heard of Ichigo before but you've created this piece with enough singular story that it is easily intriguing alone. The clean, crispness of your painting is brilliant. The design on his clothes add dimension to the piece and make it even more interesting.
I don't know why I haven't added this to my favorites already. I love everything about it, from the composition to the colors to the shading and rendering. The little details are great - I keep coming back and realizing that there are wings, horns, and a tail painted onto the wall or that Ichigo's face is faintly repeated to the side. Just as a point of curiosity, I was wondering if there was any particular meaning to the gestures being made by the stone hands around him. Each set seems to have some emotional attachment for me - the bottom ones remind me of peace, the next ones seem beseeching, the third set up are almost prideful (certainly self-centered) and the top set...I'm not so sure. Lightly possessive, like a mother's hands on a child's shoulders, or possibly supporting. Was any of this your intent? Again, amazing piece of Bleach fan art.
